1. Introduction

JACK ("we", "us", "our") operates a digital platform that connects parents with independent babysitters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data during the beta phase of the JACK platform.

  • Child-related information (e.g. age, care needs, schedule)
  • Booking and payment-related data

b) Babysitters

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Availability and experience
  • Profile information provided voluntarily

c) Children's Data

We collect only data strictly necessary to facilitate childcare bookings (e.g. age, schedule).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data, such as medical, health, religious, or biometric information.

By providing information about a child, parents confirm they are the legal guardian or authorized caregiver.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process personal data to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Facilitate bookings and communication
  • Process payments and confirmations
  • Improve and test the platform during beta
  • Ensure platform safety and integrity
