1. Platform Role

JACK is a technology platform only.

We do not employ babysitters and are not a party to childcare agreements between parents and babysitters.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Parents must be legal guardians or authorized caregivers
• Babysitters must provide truthful and accurate information

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are facilitated through the platform.

Payment terms, platform fees, and cancellation rules are displayed at checkout and form part of the contract upon confirmation.

4. Beta Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" during beta:

• Features may be incomplete or unavailable
• Service interruptions may occur
• Data may be reset

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• JACK is not liable for failed bookings, no-shows, or disputes
• JACK does not supervise, control, or guarantee childcare services

6. User Conduct

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Act respectfully toward other users
• Comply with applicable laws

7. Suspension and Termination

JACK may suspend or terminate accounts during beta if misuse, fraud, or policy violations occur.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Liechtenstein / Switzerland (select one before final release).
