All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is authorized when you book, and captured when the babysitter accepts your booking request.
Yes, you can cancel bookings through the app. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the timing of your cancellation.
Sign up as a babysitter, complete your profile with your experience and certifications, and set your availability. Once verified, you'll be able to receive booking requests.
JACK is currently available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We're working on expanding to more regions.
